Innovation, the Macquarie dictionary explains is ‘the introduction of new things or methods’ it is also one of those buzzwords that gets thrown around a lot lately. For small and boutique law firms adapting and embracing innovation into their practice can be a daunting task. There is the misconception that link innovation to large costs and little short term value and usually considered only for larger law firms with bigger budgets.

The Managing Partners Forum – boutique and small firms is in its seventh year and is a level ground for legal leaders to converge and discuss these concerning issues and to learn and explore innovative ways to build their firm and overcome obstacles.
