Making the transition from solicitor to partner requires greater skills and understanding of the business of managing and leading a legal practice.  

Our Legal Practice Management Course for Partners is designed to provide you with everything you need and meets the Law Society requirements for removing condition 3 from your practising certificate.

This course encompasses strategic business planning, and highlights the role and responsibilities of partners in business development, practice leadership, supervision and mentoring, client development, financial and business performance and ethical and risk management.

Sue-Ella will present on Day 3 of the Workshop covering ‘Client Development and Marketing’ from 1.00PM to 2.30PM.

Topics include:

  • trust money – responsibility, pitfalls and problems
