• Financial mechanics of a legal practice and how they are applied to your firm

• Partnership management issues to enable you to drive the performance of your fellow partners.

Location: This Practice Management Course will be delivered using Zoom video conferencing. This will allow you to participate from the comfort of your home or office. You will not need any software or tools, just a good internet connection and a desktop computer / laptop with a camera.
