As more firms shift to a post-pandemic reality of hybrid work environments and remote teams, how will professional development delivery change?

In this one-hour dialogue, we will look at;

  • the trends shaping professional development delivery.

  • technologies that firms are using to increase engagement in virtual learning.

  • how virtual classrooms and hybrid learning might look in the future.

  • tools and resources needed by professional development teams in the future.

The session will be facilitated by Mark Beese of Leadership for Lawyers (USA). He partnered with Ian Paterson of Cote Consultants (UK) to conduct three surveys on how the pandemic affected law firm professional development over the past 18 months. He will share the results of the surveys and talk about the implications for law firm learning going forward.

A recording of this session will be made available to all registrants.
