Join the Ladies Insolvency Professionals (LIPS) networking lunch on Wednesday, 10 July, at the Parisian-inspired KittyHawk restaurant in Sydney’s CBD. In addition to networking opportunities in the convivial environment of LIPS events, I’ll share ideas for Business Development in a brief presentation and discussion.
A short survey has been prepared to gather up-to-date experiences and views on Business Development for women in the insolvency and restructuring sector. It is open to all professionals who work in the sector.
Findings will be discussed at the July 10 networking lunch and shared thereafter via LIPS social media and available on request.
Deadline for survey responses: Tuesday 2 July 2024
For the survey's purpose 'Professional Services Firms' is the broad term used to describe the range of expert practices associated with insolvency and restructuring services. This includes legal and debt recovery practices, specialist insolvency and restructuring practices, accountancy firms, management advisory and consulting firms, financial service providers, and the experts engaged by firms such as insolvency and restructuring Barristers.
Business Development is defined as the activity of generating new business opportunities. New business can be derived from pursuing new clients or appointments, expanding roles with existing referral or client relationships, or developing new services or products.
