Elisabeth Steele Hutchison is a faculty member at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa Law School. She developed a passion for helping her colleagues teach and present on camera during the Law School's move to online courses. Elisabeth has provided training to more than a thousand people involved in working in law firms and higher education since the pandemic began.
In this session Elisabeth will show how to communicate effectively on (web) camera, by applying lessons from cinematographers, YouTubers and gamers of colour. Elisabeth will share her working knowledge of camera angles, lighting, and video settings to your presentation toolkit. Plus tips to improve your audio and video quality with things you already own.
Plan to keep your video on for her lively and engaging session!
